HOW DOES QUILTY BOX WORK?

Subscribe to the box of your choice: Classic or English Paper Piecing (EPP). Choose your delivery subscription: month-to-month, three, six, or twelve month plans. Each and every box is curated with care by our renown featured artists, fabric designers, bloggers, and your favorite sew-lebrities! Boxes are prepaid one month before shipment. 

Packed with care, your box will depart our headquarters in Paducah, Kentucky, around the 11th of each month.

Keep in mind: All subscriptions automatically renew.

Multi-Month Subscriptions renew during the last month of your current Subscription. 

For Example: 3-Month Subscription purchased in January, secures February, March and April Boxes. The subscription will renew in April.

Month-to-Month Subscriptions renew within 48 hours of your Current Month’s shipment. 

For Example: Month-to-Month Subscription purchased in January, secures February Box. The subscription will renew within 48 hours of your February box shipment.

 What will come in my box?

Quilty Box is packed with premium fabric, supplies, and projects. Each month's Quilty Box is curated with the top designers, bloggers, and artists from around the world. 

The Classic Box includes: 

• 2+ yards of fabrics, 
• a spool of thread, 
• notions, and 
• our exclusive Bundles of Inspiration magazine (with 2 patterns inside).

The English Paper Piecing (EPP) Box includes:

• a 5-inch square charm pack of fabric, 
• spool of thread, 
• Paper Pieces, 
• Acrylic templates, and 
• our exclusive Bundles of Inspiration Magazine (with 2 patterns inside).

 When do boxes ship?

We strive to ship boxes starting the 11th of each month or next business day if the 11th falls on a weekend.

 When will I be billed?

You will be charged at the time of checkout for your initial subscription.

How do I track my boxes?

Set up an account at checkout to ensure you’re able to log in and check the status of your boxes. Can’t find your tracking number? No worries! Send us an email at support@quiltybox.com and we’ll check on your box’s journey.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we are happy to ship worldwide! For our subscribers in Canada, there is an additional shipping charge of $15per box and for countries outside of the USA and Canada, there is a $20 chargeper box. Your shipping will be billed as a separate charge closer to the shipping date of that month’s box.

Can I buy boxes after they ship?

Yes, while supplies last! The best way to ensure your box is through reserving one through subscribing, but if we have extra boxes we’ll have them for sale on our website. 

What if I don’t like the contents? May I return my box?

While we try to appeal to quilters of all types, there may be a box that simply is not to your taste. We suggest sharing with a quilty friend or making a gift for someone who may appreciate the style. All Quilty Box purchases are final. The items found in your box were selected with care and procured especially for our community of quilters. We do not accept refunds or returns.

How do I purchase a gift subscription?

Give the gift of Quilty! Purchasing a gift subscription is easy. Simply purchase a subscription and add the recipient’s information in the “Ship To” field.

I’m a beginner. What skill level are the projects in Quilty Box made for?

Quilty Box projects range in difficulty from skill building to beginner.

What is EPP?

EPP stands for English Paper Piecing, a quilting technique that goes back to the 1700s. This form of hand sewing is incredibly popular for the precision and portability of the craft. Fabrics are wrapped (basted) around precut paper shapes and sewn together to create stunning and intricate designs. Please note: EPP is wholly different technique from FPP (foundation paper piecing).

Can I cancel my subscription before it ends? Will I get a refund?

You may cancel your subscription before your next renewal by emailing support@quiltybox.com. Self-service account management is coming soon!

You are committed to the length of your plan. 

What if an item is missing or broken? 

Oh no! Let us make it right. Please email us at support@quiltybox.com as soon as you can and we’ll send you a replacement item. 

I moved, how do I update my shipping address?

Please email our team at support@quiltybox.com so we can update your Account as well as your Future Shipments. Self-service account management is coming soon!

I got a new credit card, how do I update my account?

Can I pause my subscription?

I received a template with a paper backing, do I remove the paper? 

Yes, simply pull the corner of the paper to remove the backing. 

Do you use PayPal?

Sorry, due to the nature of our recurring payments, we do not accept PayPal. 

I'm purchasing a la carte items, will there be a shipping charge?

Quilty Box offers free shipping anywhere in the Domestic US for orders a la carte orders over $75.
For international customers purchasing a la carte items, we offer free shipping on orders $250+. If your order does not meet the minimum, you will be charged the realtime shipping rate.
